Dayanara Fernandez, 36, of Los Angeles said she returned to her room at the Hyatt in Deerfield, Ill., June 6 to find a man in a hotel shirt wearing her skirt, underwear and high-heel shoes, the Chicago Tribune reported Tuesday.
Court records said the man, whose name was not released in the suit, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was forced to pay a fine and court costs totaling $187.
The lawsuit alleges negligence of hiring, supervision and/or training, invasion of privacy and emotional distress. A Hyatt spokesman said officials have not yet seen the complaint.
